Alyssa Klimuszka is the Founder and President of HerHR Solutions, where her extensive background in Human Resources fuels her passion for providing innovative and compliant solutions tailored to organizations' personnel needs. With a strong belief that people are a business's most valuable asset, Alyssa is dedicated to ensuring they remain central to all decision-making processes. Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from the State University of New York at Buffalo and certifications from Cornell University and the Society of Human Resource Management, Alyssa has continued to live in her passion for the field.

With experience serving in HR leadership positions with non-profit, publicly traded, and privately held organizations, both national and international, Alyssa is well versed in the complexities that come with the demands in personnel. Such industries have been in manufacturing, professional services, healthcare, financial services, engineering, and data management/information technology, and have included multiple locations across the United States and abroad in Europe and Asia.
