What Do You Receive?
The world of workplace compliance is ever changing, location specific, as well as specific for employee headcount. HerHR Solutions will conduct a mock audit of your HR practices and procedures, including but not limited to FLSA classification, workers comp category, payroll schedules, labor law posters, Form I-9s, personnel files, compliance checklists, as well as any other HR related paperwork. From there, we will provide you with a risk assessment with an overview of where you are performing well, falling short, and where immediate action should be taken. For those areas that require attention, we will provide an overview of how to correct the concern, and even oversee the correction.

How Does This Work?
Our HR Consultant will require access to review all of your personnel files and HR practices and procedures. With this access, a strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement will be required before work can begin on the project. From there, we will conduct a mock audit of all your HR practices, procedures, and classifications to ensure compliance. A risk assessment will then be performed and provided with recommendations on where improvements can be made, and where your greatest level of liability exists.
